Dr. Carol D. Birks is a visionary educational architect with over 30 years of experience leading high-stakes urban districts toward academic excellence and organizational health. As the Superintendent of the Allentown School District and a Google GSV Education Innovation Fellow, she integrates cutting-edge AI literacy with a “Compassionate Excellence” model to ensure every student is prepared for a rapidly evolving global workforce.
